If I could give less than a star, I would. SOOO. FREAKING. SLOW!!! And they weren’t even really apologetic about it nor did they explain to us prior how long it would take. They said they were waiting on a chicken patty, but it’s prime lunch time and we waited LONGER than close to 15 minutes… IN. THE. DRIVE. THRU. We will never stop here again and suggest everyone else skip it as well… ugh…

Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place in years. Horrible service. The employees did not manage the orders and when we attempted to get the rest of our order they downsized part of it, spoke in foreign language & laughed at customers! Shame on you Arby’s for employing people like that when so many honest hard working people need jobs
