Anna’s Linens

Um, this place is no longer in this location! I’m at world market on blue diamnond… sadly anna’s linens is not.

As an Anna’s linen rewards card member, I receive emails of their current ad. I went in on the last day of the ad, but the store had different promotion which is 10% off entire store. But the ad I brought had $ 29.99 for any bed in a bag. I spoke with an associate because I couldn’t find the item in the store, she said they only have one. Then I talked to the manager she said they don’t have an ad, I showed her my ad on the phone, with the date it expires. She said she has to call the store manager to verify, if she could honor the price for me. I was in a rush but the manager on duty was busy talking store to the store manager instead of simply asking a question and take care of the customer.

Not an abundance of items… bedding and bath supplies for your home and sometimes a small selection of home décor. Overpriced for what the actual products are. But if you’re looking for a new comforter and don’t want to spend a fortune, head here.
Stood in line for 15 minutes because all 3 terminals were down and the one that was working the cashier spent her time discussing her nails not breaking to the customer checking out. Slightly annoying.

I’ll give Anna’s Linens five stars with my personal purchases. After scoping out different stores just to find basic white sheer transparent curtains, AL’s had me sold on theirs with their sale price of $ 6.99 per curtain!
On top of that, I was able to find simple silver brass curtain rods ($ 14.99 for a 46″ to 86″) to go along with the curtains that matches beautifully with the design of my living space. I was a bit hesitant to purchase these imagining they’d stain over time but seven months in, I haven’t notice any damage on the rods nor the curtains.
There’s always a sale going on as well. If I’m needing a specific item for my apartment, I’ll always make sure to step inside AL’s before Target since they are literally neighbors at this location. I’m sure you’ll find SOMETHING at the fraction of the price.

The staff proposed persistence to ask them if we need help finding anything… I approached one and he just pointed to where the item was. I still didn’t find them and he didn’t even offer to do a stock check or show me similar items! It was just a king black sheet set?! How hard is that!
Secondly: there was a staff member female that was on the phone talking definitely not professional and super ghetto. And was on the phone with her boyfriend like HEY BABY HELLLL YEAH TURN UP! Professionalism at its lowest!

Anna’s Linens has an abundance of items for your kitchen, bath, bedroom, and more. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, the list goes on and on.
The reason I don’ t frequent AL more often is that the quality of the merchandise seems to not be as high as other stores that sell similar products. The store seemed in a bit of disarray the day I went. The employees seemed to just be working for their paychecks and not really enjoying their jobs. The prices at AL can’t be beat. I just hope that the items I bought today will last me a long time.

I came in to get a price adjustment on a product that went on sale 3 days after I purchased it. I didn’t need to bring the product it, just my receipt and the card I used. It was quick & easy! I didn’t originally buy the product (a 10-​piece comforter set) from this location, but they were still able to give me the price adjustment. I was told price adjustments were valid 2 weeks from the purchase date, but make sure to verify!
The ladies in this store are very helpful. I think the store is well organized for all the things it has, including window coverings, beds-​in-​a-​bag, sheet sets, bathroom items, etc. Some of the products are really high up, so make sure you get help. Also, they have a clearance section near the front.
Overall, I think this store is satisfactory. I recommend it.
