By far, the best complex I’ve lived in.
It’s always pretty quiet, with the exception of a few large breed dogs with squealy, screechy barks. I’ve currently lived here for a year, and have never had a problem with anyone or anything. It is a condominium complex, so most people here are owners of their condo. Some, like myself, are renters. Lots of people have pets, most are dogs. Everyone is pretty considerate and picks up after themselves and their pets. Neighbors are all really friendly. Lots of small families with children and older couples.
