I see Tamika, a PA at Dr. Dempsey’s office. I have always received an exceptional level of care, and the staff at the front desk has always been very polite and efficient. Tamika had a wonderful bedside manner and takes the time to listen to your concerns and treat you like a person, not just your ailments.
The on-​site lab facility is also extremely convenient!
I have recommended this practice, and Tamika specifically, to friends and neighbors. I could not be happier with the professional, compassionate level of care I have received.

This time I wanted to wait a bit before I wrote my review on my new doctor, but I have been officially going to Dr. Dempsey for over a year now. She is excellent. It does take 2 – 3 months to see her as a new patient, so be prepared. She only sees new patients very infrequently so it can be quite tough to schedule that appointment. However once you are a patient it is a lot easier to get appointments. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, she is always on time to see me. There’s none of that waiting in the reception for an hour, and then waiting in a back office for another thirty minutes. She sees you at your scheduled time or very close to it.
Dr. Dempsey is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable telling her what is wrong with you. She has helped me tremendously and I’ve very grateful that my sister-​in-​law referred her to me. I highly recommend spending the extra $ 500-​$ 600 on taking the Alcat test, if you are having stomach issues. It is a lot of hard work to follow the treatment, but it is totally worth it. The staff are also pretty good. Most of the nurses are very nice and front desk staff seem to be knowledgeable. Although a few times there were some issues with my co-​pay, but they worked it out. I highly recommend this office to anyone especially if you have severe food allergies or stomach issues. Actually to anyone that is having issues and other doctors refuse to help or tell you that you are imagining it. She will work with you to figure out what is wrong.
Also, she never rushes your appointment. She spends the time to listen to you. I really appreciate that kind of doctor.

This is the most understanding, compassionate doctor I have ever met. She takes her time with you. you have questions, she will explain. I have sent many friends to her. Even my husband is going to her now… The staff is extremely friendly, personable and is always willing to help.

What a disgraceful business this woman operates. I have never had such a horrible billing experience. Her office staff do not call back to inquiries. Someone is always out. I have had to have United Healthcare Fraud Division get them to pay attention. They are billing me for services NOT rendered. They cannot even proved I had the exam, yet are trying to bill me. Shamefull practice.

After my primary care doctor of 6 years retired last year I was faced with the roulette wheel of finding anew doctor. I tried looking for one with good reviews etc and visited 3 other doctors before finding Dr. Dempsey. Being a new patient I know the procedure and the wait for an appointment. If you can get in right away as a new patient you can bet the doctor is not worth spit. I was finally able to get into Dr. Dempsey’s practice and by agreeing to see one of her PA’s Tamika I was able to get in sooner. Great PA and I am so glad I found them. During the initial interview of my concerns and needs Tamika knew right away that I needed to up my hormones. After 4 months we are still working on the right dosage but I am feeling better. I also had a spectra cell test done which found I am deficient and I mean no sign of several vitamins and minerals that are necessary to feeling good. I have been on the program to bring my levels up to normal for a month and again am feeling better. I sleep better and am getting my energy back. I have had no issues with billing or talking to someone when needed even when they are busy. We need more doctors like Dr. Dempsey and her staff. Thank you all.

I wish I could review the entire office, but after a phone call where I trying to find out if their office would match the services we are needing, I asked questions, then the lady on the phone asked a couple of questions, then I was put on hold, then I was told to call back in an hour because the scheduler was out. I don’t even know if your office does what I’m looking for? Isn’t there anyone who could answer?
**UPDATE** I called back an hour later and was told since we are new patients she cannot see us until September. If there is a need, you should be able to see your doctor, this is unacceptable. We will not be using their services!

Horrible experience… I was fully ensured at time of routine treatments over a 2 year span. I paid my co-​pays on time, no issue. I move out of state and now it’s been 3 years since I’ve lived in NV and I get a collections notice from the Doctor. Apparantly their billings were down so they reconciled and realized they didn’t get paid. Because their office didn’t bill correctly or timely the medical provider is refusing to pay which is correct per their contract. Now because of their inability to their job I have to get my credit ruined and pay collections $ 500.

Another great appt. Follow up appt. and still the best treatment from Laura, Stephanie and Dr. Tamika Boulware. Professional, friendly, thorough — from beginning to end. Thanks, gals!
