RUN! These people are dirt!
My mother never missed a auto loan payment. Always on time, even when for some odd reason they stopped sending billing statements. She fell seriously island is now in a home and I am doing my best to manage her affairs at some large expense to my self. I fell behind several times but was trying my best to protect my mothers interests, when the reposted her property. They are fully aware of her situation and I was only behind $ 1500 when they took it, and now will only return it if the balance is paid in full. After four years of flawless payments, this is how they treat a senior who has fallen ill. This is as low as it gets. I will still do my best to handle my mothers affairs and protector her from dirt merchants like America First Credit Union. Run away! They will screw you given the chance.

We were recommended by a family friend customer services was great the only down fall is we had applied for a consolidation they told us they would get back to us in one day yet it has been over a week we call and to check the status of our loan and they tell us they will return the call back and we never get a call back from them. Never again doing business with this branch!

I recently moved to town and wanted to open a local account because my online bank sucks (I’m looking at you Ally Bank). This location is close to home and I found out from Henrietta that 7-Eleven’s have co-op atms that will take their cards.
Henrietta is an awesome personal banker at America First. She set up my account with a debit card, checking, savings and a temporary card in under a half hour. Super quick but super personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She exemplifies customer service and professionalism.
Henrietta answered all of my questions and made it easy for me to set up a new account and hit the road running. Thanks so much for making this a great experience.
