Three cheers and 5 stars to Ambient Air Air Conditioning & Heating! After numerous handymen and repairmen looking at my deafeningly loud AC and poo-pooing my(very loud) complaints, these guys came out and immediately acknowledged that something was, indeed, wrong with the AC. Today, they determined that it not only had the wrong size fan motor(¾hp vs. required ½hp), but that the motor was set too high. I’m no longer in a wind tunnel with deafening-decibal sound, but the unit itself seems to be working less hard and immediately cooling the home at a decent speed. Why is it that managers and landlords have such a hard time accepting when something is wrong? Thank you, Ambient Air crew for not only a great job, but for being personable, professional, and patient!
