All State Roofing

Had wind damage on my roof but decided to replace the whole thing rather than patch it. My contact was Lance and he handled all the back and forth with the insurance company. The job was completed in a timely manner and I love the end result. Cleanup could have been better, I had to ask that they do a better job, contacted Lance and they showed up the next day and cleaned up my yard pretty good, totally happy with everything.

I’m selling my home and needed a few roof tiles replaced, since the home inspector wrote this up. I checked a few sites and decided to call All State. The guy I talked to said to send him the inspection report and he would call me back. A couple of days went by and I did not hear from him. I called back and he sort of remembered me, so he said. He asked when I wanted the work done. I told him over the next few days. He said he would call me back on Monday to set up a date. Monday went by and Tuesday; no call, no email. On Tuesday and Wednesday I left two messages and resent an email. I have yet to hear anything back from them. Maybe they went out of business, since they obviously can’t run one… I called another company and the next day they had someone come out for the estimate. They have me scheduled to complete the work next week. I would not recommend All State at all, look elsewhere.

My home owners association hired this company and its literally the worst thing that has ever happened. They fixed the same leak twice– and now that’s it’s rained again OMFG ITS STILL LEAKING. I also had a separate small leak in a second room and the incompetent person opened the whole roof in the downpour, did not tarp it correctly– he just used pieces of plastic and my entire room was FLOODED. I HAD PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGE. I had called one of the workers and he did come immediately and tarp the roof. He could not believe what was going on. It was raining in my room. The owner of the company comes three days later and says he will send someone to sand only a few spots of the ceiling and paint. So a guy shows up (he missed two large spots of sanding) I told the owner as well as the worker that I had to get my work schedule for the next day so I’m not sure about you coming tomorrow, but I will call as soon as I know. He left at 1:30pm, I called at 3pm to say, I’m not working tomorrow– please come in the morning as scheduled and no need to call me back unless there is a problem. Needless to say, no one showed up. I called and said WTF!!! and at that point I had had it and said I’m done with your shit. (Excuse my French). But I had said you just better hope there is not one leak on the «work» you did, and what a surprise it’s still leaking. It’s pretty obvious because I had to have my ceiling removed.
You would be better off to collect chewed up gum and Popsicle sticks from the neighborhood kids and fix it yourself.

Professional, courteous and hard working! I recently had a home inspection completed and it came up with a sub-​par roof. I called All State Roofing and they were able to review for a 2^nd opinion, suggest replace/​repair, and get the job done.
As a customer, keep in mind that high winds can delay a project:-)
