A Discount Furniture

Worst freaking place every, I ordered some couches from them and the pieces was missing, informed them that the pieces to the couches was missing, they got upset ! Me & MIGUEL, went head to head on the phone and I told him I would come in ! Went to the store informed them in person about my problem ! After yelling at them about the missing pieces and etc. They called the police on me, police came to the location, & got everything solved !!! 2 weeks later, the new pieces came in and they still didn’t FIT ! Smh went back up there and they delivery guy said they have to order the right pieces and they will come to my house for free !!! Came out about a week in a half later to do the couches and still didn’t bring enough tools to fix it my couches are STILL NOT FIXED !!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM … THEY ARE RUDE AS HELL & UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

Starting to get ideas for some new furniture for an apartment in the near future. Happened to be driving by and figured it would be worth a shot to at least check out. Started out very well. Employee greeted us quickly and explained how everything worked regarding the payment plan you could do as well as customizing the furniture to color and material that you would like. Sounded pretty good but I got turned off from the place quickly after this. First of all, I really didn’t find it to be «discount» as the name implies. Most of everything was priced the same as other places I have looked or it was actually higher priced. Secondly, there was a gentleman at the desk talking to who I believe was the manager about items being wrong and something being broke that he ordered from them. Granted I did not hear the conversation in its entirety but I heard enough of it that it would turn me off from buying here. This customer obviously was sent an item of furniture that was wrong and his other item something was broke on it. I was a bit on shock on how they were handling it basically telling this guy it wasn’t there problem and there was nothing they could do for him. After getting irate (understandably) they then tell him they will return the items with a restocking fee. Yeah no thanks sounds like once you buy your on your own if there are problems

Very bad customer service. The prices are NOT even reasonable, they just offer a 90 payment plan if you don’t have all of the money up front. I purchased a bed frame, mattress and box spring for 900 dollars. When the mattress was delivered I could tell it wasn’t right, it was VERY hard. I told the man that delivered it right then and there about my concern. He told me it’s brand new and should soften up after a while. So, I waited to see if it would. My best friend purchased the same mattress and box spring as I did, and after going to her house and feeling a major difference in our mattresses I called the store. No one answered, so i left a message. I tried to reach out to them a couple of times and still waited for the mattress to soften up. I never got a call back. I never really had time to go in to the store with my work schedule. I finally called again and got an answer, after they «accidentally» hung up on me, I called back and spoke to the manager Carlos. He was very rude about everything, he stated he never got calls from me, and since it’s been a month he couldn’t exchange and there’s NOTHING he could do for me. After 4 minutes of this, he stated doesn’t have time to discuss this any further and hung up on me.
He was so eager to help me when I was looking to purchase and when I referred my friend because of the payment plan, but since he got his sale he had no reason to help me. I just paid 400 plus dollars for a mattress and box spring set that feels like concrete, when it felt completely different in the store. NEVER again.

Love this place. They do 100 days same as cash. Very modern to homey furniture. Prices are half of what you would pay in recent Wiley or the recently opened conns across the street. Great furniture with the cheapest price in town.
