911 Keys & Sound

I recently moved our Hammond Organ (1956) from Texas to Las Vegas. I called this company and was amazed with the results. My appointment to service my organ was quickly made, they were prompt and courteous. They checked every feature, bulbs, and even cleaned every component. No time was wasted! I was extremely pleased with their service. Thank you!

Back in 2007, I entrusted Alex Davis and 911 Keys & Sound with a valuable Peavey DPM C8 weighted 88 key MIDI controller that only needed a battery change.
After close to six months of phone calls with a different excuse from Alex every time, and increased hostility with each exchange, I gave up in disgust and went out and bought a replacement unit. I left him a voice mail saying so, and received no reply.
FIVE YEARS later, and only when they’d noticed my first negative review of 911 Keys & Sound online, I got an email from an individual named Marcy with 911 Keys & Sound saying it’s ready, come pick it up. Several hundred dollars for a battery replacement, and they graciously said they wouldn’t charge me a «storage» fee. They also claimed they had been having trouble reaching me, even though I was still at the same address and with the same phone number as when I dropped the controller off with them.
As much as I’d love to have that wonderful unit back, I honestly don’t feel that returning to Mr. Davis’s place of business would be safe for me. To say that his emails to me have been vitriolic would be an understatement. The most recent one from Mr. Davis arrived within the last week.
At this point, the only action that can resolve this issue would be for anybody with 911 Keys & Sound other than Alex Davis to return the unit to my home at no charge. Until then, I’m going to continue posting this to every relevant online music forum I can find, for Las Vegas and nationwide.
I have never been treated so badly by a business in my life.

Awesome costumer service. The company had a packed day but Alex insisted somebody would be out to fix my keyoard. Sure enough, they made the repairs in a quick, accurate way that made my evening a whole lot better. Thanks guys! Would definitely recommend this company!

These guys did a great job. I had to call to make an appointment and they told me to come in right away. They were very friendly and said they could get my Roland FP-3’s keys, speakers, and a button fixed in a few days. And that they did. 2 days later, I was able to pick up my piano just like it was brand new. They knew their stuff, had it done much quicker than I thought it would take, and most importantly did a quality job. Recommended.

I have a vintage Denon turntable (1980) that needed service to get back into working condition. Alex & 911 Keys were recommended to me by Guitar Center, and they were DEAD ON. 911 Keys serviced the turntable, no issues of ‘nickel/​dime’ expenses, and were very professional, knowledgeable, and strait forward along the way.
Thank you Alex & 911 Keys! You done great by me, and I would recommend you to all others in Las Vegas regarding stereo equipment service/​repair.

I have an older Roland XP-​10 keyboard that suffered from «sticky keys» syndrome, which I guess is common in warmer climates where the membrane within the key bed swells and the keys stick. I dropped it off and they repaired it FAST, cost was much cheaper than I expected, and now my Roland is like a new keyboard. Highly recommended.

I have a Baldwin DC 100 baby grand piano, that suddenly had power failure. I was referred to 911 keys & sound from another reputable piano repair place. Alex told me upfront what the initial charge would be. He was very courteous, helpful and was able to repair the piano to my surprise on the first visit. Saving me more time and money.
I definitely would use 911 keys & sound again with confidence.

Heard of 911 from a friend. Great local place for any repairs you may need. Mr. Davis got my Yamaha keyboard back to me in tip top shape. Very professional and nice as can be. Definitely the only technician I will be taking my equipment to now.

The truth about 911 Keys and sound is that Mr Davis is one of the most reputable and professional repair services. He may be busy because he is so good but his integrity is never in question. I have worked with Mr Davis for over 20 years
