10-13 Family Shoes

Been here many many times and I am never disappointed.
This most recent time was slightly different. I came to exchange a pair of defective boots. The design strap on by boots broke. Because these boots were inexpensive I was not upset… I was upset because I had just bought them about a week ago.
At first I was hoping to see the young man who originally helped me. To my surprise he was not working today. Instead was a different man who was not happy to see me with my return in hand.
I should have dusted the boots before bringing them in because it looked as if I had really put them to use (but seriously i had only wore them 2 times)
Nonetheless he asked me to find another pair and easily exchanged them for me.
I reassured him I was a loyal customer and I would certainly be back.
