Horrible.
We reserved a 26′ truck back in April for a move in May. We called to check on things two days before we were supposed to be loading and moving (out of state move). Uhaul tells us «We are sorry but we do not have your reserve available. A reservation doesn’t guarantee we will have your rental on site. Your reservation can be picked up on the north east side of El Paso, Tx.» That’s an hour and a half away, three hours round trip, and in a completely different state in the wrong direction.
Request to the General Manager, District Manage, and Marketing Manager did nothing to help the problem.
Way to go Uhaul of Las Cruces, NM. You failed in every aspect.

These guys were totally awesome when my mom and I drove up in the van with the car hauler and totally acted like a bunch of girls and were, like. «Oh! We can’t possibly figure out how to get this car down off this trailer! Help us strong, capable men!»
They were all, like, «Cool.»
They did and it was awesome. The entire experience was good, minus a few computer gliches but you can’t have it all, right?
