I’ve been to this store a few times because it’s so close to my home. The last two times, I’ve been helped by the same hairdresser, and she’s great. I’m usually the type who wants to just sit quietly during a haircut, but she’s very easy to chat with. She’s also done my hair exactly how I want it both times; I know some places are reluctant give a woman a haircut as short as I like it, but that’s no problem here!
I also want to mention a hairdresser I had here a while back — I have a compulsive hair-​pulling disorder which tends to result in uneven tufts of hair growth here and there. I’ve had hairdressers comment on it rather nastily, it’s not fun. But this hairdresser noticed it and was very nice about it before moving on tactfully and giving me a good haircut.
So yeah, overall good experiences, would get my hair cut here again.

I’ve gone to supercuts a few times for the price, but never at this location. And I have never had a better experience, at supercuts or anywhere else. My hair was super dry and my stylist (Ally, recommend her if she’s in) went above and beyond, suggesting affordable products and ways to prevent future dryness and giving me a clarifying/​moisturizing treatment in addition to my trim for still an affordable price. My hair feels amazing a week later. She was also very friendly and personable!

Took 3 people to cut my hair and they still didn’t get it right. The first one didn’t know how to use a machine, do a low taper, or blend so she asked her co worker who took my hair too high and gave me a fade doesn’t finish blending it. The third person came to fix it because I was mad that she was arguing with me and trying to blame me about the messed up haircut she gave me. I was a little relieved the third person came and fixed it up even though it wasn’t what I wanted it looked decent. They gave me a free haircut. Wouldn’t go there again. They should know how to do cuts. More like crappy cuts. I’m out of state too for a funeral.
