Came to Rosco’s tonight pretty much on a whim. Never even heard of it before. I can’t give a big enough SHOUT OUT to my Las Cruces Peeps to gitcher butts into this place!!! The only thing we did wrong was not find it sooner. Top quality meat, but that wasn’t what made the experience so spectacular. It is ‘hole in the wall’ greatness! About 6 tables. Honestly, I can imagine that as this place gets more popular there will be a line out the door to get to this food. (The PS is this — best baked beans I’ve ever eaten. Potato salad that melts in your mouth. And the fried mac-n-cheese is so good it could be outlawed if it’s not careful!!!). THANKS DANNY!

Not the best. Not the worst. Didn’t make me throw up, but there is something weird about their meat. Last time I had meat that tasted like this was at a Chinese restaurant that was closed down when cats and dogs were found in their freezer. Just sayin’. Meat was off and didn’t taste right.
