Out of the 5 times I have been here the service was only good once. The other 4 times the only employee working the lounge was a girl who just came off as extremely rude. All the times we have gone in, there have been at least 2 other customers, so not busy at all. But some how I end up waiting forever to get my hookah at coals going. The girl working has her friends coming in and out the entire time, if they stay they get their stuff set up before everyone else regardless of when they got there. She spends her time ignoring the customers and just chatting with her huge group of friends. It’s really disappointing that this is the only hookah bar in town and the only time I’ve received good service is during a busy night when they had bands performing like a year ago.
