Too many complaints to list them all here. We constantly had to go over details and repeat requests — it seemed like nothing was ever written down so if the person you had spoken to was out of the office, no one else knew what was going on. We had authorized a specific person to be able to pick up the ashes, but that person had come multiple times to pick up and told each time that authorization was not given. When the obituary was emailed, the mortuary staff re-typed it on their website(instead of copy and paste) and ended up with grammatical errors that were not in the original. Had to call at least three times to remind that the death certificates be mailed to us, each time staff acting as if we had never mentioned this before even though it was all laid out before the funeral. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
