I came in here the other day and there were four employees and only one other customer. The employees were just standing around talking and didn’t make a move to ask me if I needed assistance or if they could help me. I ended up using the self-​service workstations and figuring out what I needed on my own. Meh. Not impressed.

I had a last minute printing nightmare. It was the beast of all last minute beasts! Everything about the project was last minute: the design, the writing, the consent forms, and then there was the printing – on a budget!
The staff at FedEx Kinko’s had their hands full with major printing jobs and here I walk in with an impatient client who needs a 28 page color print with coil side binding and plastic covers in an hour. Thanks to the manager, Jason, and another employee and a little manual labor ourselves, we managed to get the job done, on time, at half the price. They were so great. We were very happy with the whole experience and the print job turned out great!
