Horrid receptionist.
I did not ever make an appointment because when I tried the receptionist was so rude I didn’t bother.
I had to keep yelling to get her to hear me and my phone was turned all the way up.
Receptionist acted like I was wasting her time with my call. How do you expect to get patients and decent care with terrible office staff.
