A donut place that serves burritos? More like a terrific breakfast burrito place that also serves donuts. I came here based on a recommendation for their brisket burrito. It was da bomb. Not huge — I could(should?) have easily eaten two, but I had a long day of driving, and didn’t need any snoozies. The brisket was served with shredded cabbage — and was dark and so juicy. Mmmmmm. Lots of other breakfast burrito choices — I’ll definitely be back some time when I can have two burritos and go into a happy food coma… Just a note to people who place high importance on atmosphere: as far as that goes, it’s a donut place.

Stopped by for breakfast burritos and they were good. Their tortillas were the best part of the burrito. Wish the chili had a little more heat to them.

On the advice of fellow Unilocalers(I know this doesn’t help expand the data base, but sometimes you just want ‘tried and true’) — I stopped in for an apple fritter and brisket burrito. Fritters are BIG(as are the old fashion bars — great with my morning coffee), although shy on Apple for my liking. I would gladly have paid a higher price for more apples in the mix(I would have gladly paid more as they are — they’re underpriced). The brisket burrito is as described in other reviews — tender, juicy, filling, unassuming sauce, and cabbage. A++. I’m stopping on my way back to the Motel for more :)

I’m a true Mexican and I got to say that I was impressed on the menudo. I won’t try menudo from just any place but I got to say this one was pretty bomb.

Came here based on others reviews. Great breakfast burritos. We had the chicharon, bacon, sausage, and brisket. The reviews on these were spot on. Excellent place for cheap burritos!

I come here for the menudo! Saturday and Sunday mornings after a night of going out, menudo really hits the spot. I usually get a small which doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s very filling. I’ll get a large if it was that type of night ;) the menudo comes with onions, oregano and lime on the side. They also give you a toasted, buttered bolillo to dunk in your menudo! Yum! Donuts of course are bomb, the outside has a nice crunch, inside is light, airy and flavorful! Go early to see all they flavors they offer ! Burritos are good! I get the brisket with egg for lots of protein! Lol

Please eat here to help keep these people in business, so I can eat here every time I come in town from now on. I ate here 3 times this trip. Brisket burritos… friggin’ delicious. Tamales… Out of control. Best damn chocolate donut I have ever had in my life. What is going on at this place?!

If you need a quick yeast fix. Burritos worth the stop too. Don’t be intimated when you enter. Not the nicest ambience but you are there for food not location

The burritos are large and very filling. Their green chili was excellent. The donut choices were low but since they make them fresh daily and we came about 10am, most of them were gone. The apple fritter is huge. My teenage son loved it and couldn’t finish it all after a single burrito. That’s impressive. Great gem!

Been frequenting this place recently. I’m a burrito lover and am always looking for cheap breakfast burritos served all day. I’ve been getting the egg and potato burrito with red chile. Each burrito is only 2.97ish, and the chile has enough bite to it to keep me happy. I’m always in and out in five minutes total so it’s a great place to grab a meal before work or just on the run.

Better than dunkin! The apple fritter is to die for, have to get one when you go! The buttermilk bar was so light and delicious. These are the best donuts I’ve had and not to mention local! The glazed are so soft and always fresh — so light and just melt in your mouth!

Never been here before. We got the brisket burrito and the bacon and egg burrito and 4 donuts. We will definitely be coming back. Everything we had was delicious! Not to mention the service was wonderful. Upon leaving we noticed there was a drive thru… we’ll be putting that to good use.

Fellow Unilocalers, please don’t be discouraged by the lack of reviews! This place is great. It’s the first place i’ve ever been to in Las Cruces so I have nothing to compare it to in the area, but the food is very good and super reasonably priced. We had some brisket tacos, brisket burrito, and a glazed donut. The tacos are like $ 2 each and I think the donut was $ 1, so that’s pretty excellent in my mind. I’m fairly certain they are CASHONLY, so please bring cash!

I have been to Bosa’s a couple of times, only for donuts, not for breakfast or burritos. The donuts were good. I have had the glazed and chocolate covered donuts. Their bake goods are good enough to warrant a return trip.

My dad likes the green chile burritos here, so we stop in from time to time. The chile is decent if not a little(ok, a lot) salty. Not my favorite in town, but serviceable. And inexpensive(like around $ 2.50). Homemade tortillas are a bonus. The place feels like the setting for a scene in a Sam Peckinpah or Quentin Tarantino movie where something extraordinarily violent is about to happen. A peculiar, sleepy darkness that you so often get in the southwest: a kind of deathly pall together with service from people who know that their life expectancy is improved by sticking to the back of the shop and engaging with customers very lightly. I got a doughnut strictly for science.(Alas, the apple fritters were gone by 2 pm when I was in). Nothing to write home about, but I’m still missing Top Pot in Seattle.

Don’t expect much from this no frills establishment. Patronized this establishment late afternoon on a Tuesday. We were the only ones there. I was wanting to try an apple fritter. Sold out! Sampled the brisket burrito and the ground beef burrito. The brisket was tender but way salty.

Excellent apple fritters. It was disappointing to see the case for donuts not filled with donuts; however, the apple fritters are to die for — big on size and flavor! If you do want a dozen or so of a particular donut, you can pre-order and they’ll make them for you. I haven’t had the burritos yet.

I was really craving a breakfast burrito while passing through Las Cruces while my traveling partner was more in the mood for donuts. Lo and behold– Bosa! Really easy to get to and find from the interstate, and we were back on the road pretty quick! I had a egg and bacon and chorizo potato breakfast burrito– they were both delicious. A good sized serving for the price on fresh tortillas. We also got some tamales to go(yum, but pretty spicy) and an apple fritter. I recommend everything!
