Mark is the radiator Guru! Old stuff to the obsolete he’s the man. Very polite and professional. They are also very good at auto A/​C.
Not the cleanest shop in the world, but they make up for it with outstanding work!

These guys are amazing, hard working and honest.

Went in with a leaking radiator (apparently i hit a curb pulling out of a driveway in SF). They found a replacement radiator and scheduled parts delivery for next day installation. It was installed on time, within budget. In fact I called around after the diagnosis and before the installation to get alternative quotes, and found that this place had the best price after all.
I’ll go here again if need be. That being said, the yard is a little bit strewn with aging cars, boats, etc. but don’t let that throw you they get the job done, on time and at a good price…

Wow, am I happy I found this place! After three years of being unable to drive my car, I took my 1991 Nissan into a dealership to give it a thorough service. I found the A/​C was out and needed some work. Unfortunately, the Nissan dealer and three other automotive service places couldn’t touch it. People told me all sorts of stories about what I needed to do with my A/​C. The A/​C is pre-​1993 and requires R-12…well, no one seems to have the right equipment (e.g. Jiffy-​Lube), the correct refrigerant… or apparently the understanding to service it. That’s until I found Mark at MV Auto Radiator. First thing I liked about MV Auto Radiator is Mark, the guy who answered the phone (and is obviously as hard a worker as me). He just happened to be still at work at the good olé American Work Ethic time of 6:00 PM and could chat with me about my problem and provide a reasonable solution. I’m sold on this place… and am going to send him as much business as I can!

This guy is solid and has been for a long time. We are a marine mechanical repair shop and use him for repairing marine cooling systems. We have been using him for 15 years and have always been satisfied with his work. Thanks Mark!

This place and Mark is amazing. I took my 69 Chevelle SS396 to him and we cured my fluctuating water temp issue in 30mins at 9pm in the rain. So effin cool. Everyone go here for your cooling system issues!

This place is GREAT! My radiator broke and the next morning I brought my car into MV Radiator thinking it was going to take at least 2 days to fix… but NO it took less than a day! The guy said he usually works late and that I would be able to pick my car up later in the night… which I did! AWESOME SERVICE AT A CAN’T BEAT PRICE… YAY!

so my ac had gone all warm. just curious i called the fascist dooshbags at audi, who informed me it would be «90−180 for the DIAGNOSIS, then the repair is on top of that».
so i made a few calls and found this guy in mill valley. we chatted for a sec, advised me to bring it in so he could check it out [for free]. it was about 5pm, i asked what his hours were, he said he’s usually there pretty late, i asked if i could bring it right over? he said sure.
so i shot right over. 45 minutes and 125 $ later i have ice cold ac. just needed a recharge. the guy that runs it is a super cool older hippie, really nice guy, really honest, dropped what he was doing and
jumped right on my car and sorted it right out. despite the fantastic
irony of a tshirt that said «let me drop everything and work on YOUR
problem»
