My wife and I first came to YT on the advice of a friend up in Canada. We had no sooner arrived then we were invited by a neighbor (strangers at the time) to join them for mimosas on their porch. This kind of friendliness has turned out to be the norm during our 3 years of wintering here.
There is a heated pool and hot tub as well as a large rec room and card room which are in constant use. The owners keep everything in pristine condition.
There are always plenty of activities going on and you can be either as busy or as laid back as you like.
The park is central to many Tampa /​St Petersburg attractions and events.
A great spot for snowbirds!
