I hired Terminix to fix a bug problem because of their 30-​day guarantee. It was two months of unprofessionalism.
The experience was no-​show technicians, technicians that show up to do a treatment and then say the treatment has to be rescheduled because they didn’t bring any treatment equipment — it takes at least a week to get a technician out.
As people, the technicians were nice enough, but overall even the corporate side was shrewdly unprofessional. The biggest issue is there is no accountability. It took me to demand a refund before they finally got things in gear.
I made a mistake by not doing research before hiring Terminix. I would not recommend hiring Terminix.
*UPDATE: Terminix eventually got rid of my bug problem at the end of two months. But beware — everything else still stands! Now I think I’m stuck forever on their mailing list, perhaps that’s my curse. Terminix might get rid of your bugs, but you’ll never get rid of Terminix. AAAAAAHHHHHhhhh!!!

I have seen a lot of their advertising on TV so when I needed to call a pest control company they were the first ones that popped in my head. From the moment I called though, my experience was not a positive one. The person answering the phone was not a good Customer rep… to say the least. I am shocked really, that they hired somebody that was soooo rude and knew nothing on the subject of pest control. She didn’t know the answers to a lot of basic questions I was asking. In fact, she was annoyed at the fact that I was just asking questions about the details of the contract and about the service in general. Not a good sign specially when that is the first person you’re going to reach out to when trying to start a service.

Horrible company. You pay they do nothing except take you money. Don’t provide the service they say they will. When you call to talk to a manager you will wait for hours they they hang up on you. You leave a message and no one returns your call. I’m Calling an attorney to get a refund. The people in this group are awful. Don’t waist your time or money. I promise you will be disappointed.
