I’ve been a T-mobile customer for several years and been to various T-Mobile stores. Today I walked into the local Cap Blvd T-Mobile store and was immediately greeted by «Ashley». The professionalism and friendliness displayed by «Ms. Ashley Ellis»(Retail Associate) is one of the reasons why I remain a loyal T-mobile customer. Not only was she very accommodating, but knowledgeable and engaging. Hopefully everyone can have a warm and exceptional experience as I did today. Keep up the good work T-mobile.

I’ve had service with T-Mobile for about 3 years now. Every time I come to this location, the customer service is great and I usually deal with Donovan when I come here. I never really have to wait for too long to be serviced when I get here and they are usually able to handle all the issues that I’ve had. No complaints except for the actual cell service is just OK, and could be way better.

The recent FREE smart phones promotion at this location is fault advertisement. The staff would make up their own interpretation of the new promotion. Some would tell you that you have to sign-up for the $ 35 data plan in order to get the FREE smart phone and other would not require you to sign-up the $ 35 data plan. Also, make sure to follow-up with your credit card statement and also T-Mobile to ensure the Sale Rep did not change anything without your authorization. I found out at a different T-Mobile location that after I had purchased two months, the Sale Rep add addition services that I don’t need. Also make sure to contact T-Mobile before you visit the local T-Mobile Store. Believe me; the local T-Mobile store Sale Reps likes to create their own interpretation of the promotion policies and they like to charge you for everything and did not provide you the detail receipt until after the fact which is very unethical in my opinion.

I have a love-hate relationship with T-Mobile now. We were perfectly happy with each other since the debut of the Sidekick pager. It’s strange that most of my friends have complained endlessly about Sidekick and defected to Blackberry. Not me. I remained faithful. Well, after a number of years have passed and curiosity, I decided to have an affair with Blackberry. Ugh, the price I have to pay for defecting! T-Mobile reps, via 800 number, are really ignorant despite their attempts to be really helpful. I was supposed to get a new Blackberry in the mail, express delivery. Well, they waited 5 days before sending it out. I really needed the pager before going out of town so I was given the option of head to the local retail store and pick up my pager. So, I did. Ramonz was really helpful there. It was smooth sailing there. But I could see other customers were really frustrated there because there just not enough people to help them out. All the sales reps are at the registers. Plus, I saw one woman trying to make a payment on a computer but it was misbehaving and stole Ramonz from me. Hmmmph! However, when I got back home, ugh! The transitions from Sidekick to Blackberry is really frustrating(i.e., SIM card, etc.). And what’s up with AIM and Blackberry hating each other!!! Now, my fingers gotta lose weight so I can work on the Qwerty keyboard. Oh, Sidekick, you’re still on my mind!
