Made an appointment, the guy showed up and rushed like he wanted to be anywhere else. I never got a written estimate I asked if I will or could get something in writing. He wouldn’t give me exact prices, just ranges. We just need a junction box to be placed outside on its own circuit. He had me write my e-​mail address on his paper I also included my husband’s e-​mail and it now has been 2 weeks and we’ve heard nothing!!! To top it off, he was in such a hurry but then his car wouldn’t start when he went to leave. Had to get a tow truck! What a waste of my time! Worst customer service EVER! I guess I’ll try again with another company. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Believe me when I tell you I called TONS of electricians. Apparently, no one wants to work… Then I found the reviews for Live Wire on Unilocal and the search for a responsible, reliable company was over! They were quick, thorough, knowledgeable and reasonable. What else could you ask for? Do yourself a favor and CALL THEM FIRST.

Just wanted to thank the guys at livewire for doing great work. I found them through Duke energy. Couldn’t be happier. I upgraded my power from 150 to 200 amps. There was a slight problem after they left, but they came back the next day and made it right. This is a company with integrity. I will use them again. Thanks for taking care of me Dennis

I don’t usually write reviews about local businesses apart from restaurants but I felt that this one is deserved. I had first checked them out with the BBB and the State of Florida’s license status website. They checked out with flying colors.
Over the weekend, the outlets in my sunroom went dead for no particular reason. I called them on Monday morning. I was given an appointment for the next day around lunch between 11 – 2. The electrician, James, showed up at noon. By 12:45 he had corrected the issue and was on his way. He also took the time to look over my home’s electrical fuse boxes and visible wiring. He was pleasant, confident and skilled. He gave me some good advise. I would definitely recommend Live Wire for anyone!
