Kelli’s Catering

I’ve been using Kelli’s Catering for 3 years now. All of my customers love it when she delivers and always comment on how flavorful and tasty her food is. You can tell everything is homemade.
Some of my favorite items are the black beans and yellow rice and the tropical chicken. I can’t be 100% sure, but u believe Kelli puts coconut milk in when making the yellow rice. She then layers on the black beans, cheese, cilantro and pico de gallo before wrapping everything up. When it arrives for lunch, the cheese is gooey and melted and the flavors have all blended together. They’re always a crowd favorite.
As far as her tropical chicken, think chicken breasts marinated overnight, grilled and then topped with a combination of sautéed peppers and onions. Truly magical.
