Just horrible!!! They will rob you blind!!! I was told 90 days same as cash! Told me they just needed to run my card for the payment plan. Never once mentioned that there was a 110 $ fee for the service! When I received just a receipt instead of a contract like a legit business would do I noticed this fee was taken out right then and there! Who does that??? Not to mention this is not same as cash!!! False advertisement! I was told he was new to the plan and did not know! Ooooook!!! I too went too filed a report to Sherrifs office! I also previously went in to have a phone fixed that was suppose to be same day. Let’s just say a week later I never saw that phone again and they replaced it with one cheaper then what I brought in originally! STAY AWAY! Money hungry thieves!

The quality of service this «business» provides deserves less than a one star review. My husband brought his phone in there to have his screen replaced, this service was supposed to take one day. They called at the end of day one to inform my husband that they shattered the back of phone while replacing the front. They wanted to hold his phone for another 2 days or so while they ordered the back part. Due to the phone being flexible (from the back being shattered) the newly repaired front screen cracked again without being dropped. Now this joke of a business wants another $ 160 to repair what they broke. The biggest issue is their management and customer service skills. They refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. Mistakes happen, but own up to your mistakes and make it right. That’s the bottom line. They refused to issue a refund. I have already disputed charges through my credit card company and will leave this review on every site possible to warn other potential customers.

would not accept a return of a defective product. Lost my SIM card and I had to contact a sheriff. DO NOT PATRONIZE this shop. there are many others in the area with better prices and MUCH better service.

do not go here. they gave me a bad iphone screen and stole iphone sim card. do not take your phone here.
