Dunkin’ Donuts

THis store was SLAMMED at 8:30 — drive thru was crazy so I ran inside. The staff was hurrying (had a sense of urgency) and the young man said «thank you for your business» as I walked out. Such a small thing– with a great effect on my day!

Wow! Definitely one of the worst DD/​Baskin RobinsI have been to. They’re were out of everything i wanted and the service was horrible. Don’t think anyone working there cared much for service!

This place continues to be ridiculously bad with quality and customer service. Burnt food is the norm.

Ordered hash browns here and got small fry bag less than half full. I asked the manager if I was shorted on the order. She said an order was 6 pieces. These round hash browns are the size of a quarter. Not a deal for $.89

Just left Dunkin Donuts and I have to say, I am not happy with the service I just received!
First, I got a half dozen donuts and the selection was not good, the donuts at least tasted delicious!
Secondly, I ordered a breakfast croissant it took 9 minutes to get the croissant and the problem is I was the first person inside! There was one woman trying to work the drive thru, take orders and cook as 3 guys continued to take orders to cause a back up. My biggest problem with all of this was when the 2^nd woman that finally came out to help (which appeared to be the manager) when she handed me my food there was no apology for the wait, no smile, nothing!
Needless to say, as other reviews have stated as well, get ready for the wait, and non friendly service!

This is one of those local stops on the way to work. It is basically like any dunkin donuts. However, in the mornings be prepared for long lines and waiting longer because of all the workers going there for their fix. For the most part I have always gotten great service and the food like any dunkin donuts is good. On occasion they have been out of certain breakfast items which I have wanted. Smaller parking lot and be careful in the lot because of the traffic through there can be crazy when busy and we all want to avoid an accident. Coffee has always been on point because some dunkin donuts either make them too sweet or not sweet enough. Good place to stop at when on break or on the way to work!

Purchased cinnamon swirl latte but there was no swirl on top like on the menu picture. I don’t know if I was supposed to ask for it? Anyway, this is just a typical D&D nothing fancy. The service is pretty good I cant complain. I noticed that they are interviewing on Thursdays.
