i left my visa card by accident. i called them they answer me saying i shouldnt be leaving anything so RUDE. now even the manager isnt helping me to return it. i will be writing multiple bad reviews everywhere . VERYVERYRUDE. RETURNMYCARD

Attempted to check in to the hotel at 4pm on Saturday January 16, 2016. Lobby was full of guests that were unable to receive their room because the hotel had not cleaned all the rooms from the prior night. Told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back at 430 and the room was still not finished. Called Marriott customer service to see if I could get transferred to the residence innn across the street to no avail. Customer service called the hotel and they assured me my room was done now. I went into the hotel and they told me my room had been released or some terminology indicating that my room was not in fact ready. Asked to speak to the manger and the front desk lady was not happy. Manager came after I told her to get him or call him. Manger as super apologetic and said they are working on it. Told I would have to wait another 30 mins. I went out to dinner and when I came back the room was ready. Room was a super deal on at under $ 90. Actual room and hotel was clean. It is a brand new hotel
