Ugh! Are you kidding me?!! These are horrible, shiftless employees… Not interested in providing ANY services to customers. The WORST!!!

9:30 am gentleman shows up. Took care of business, even put in the chosen password I wanted for my WiFi. He was here almost 2 hours making sure it was right. Wow! The new XB3 modem is awesome… Built in WiFi! Tho, I have an awesome router. The upgrades are AMAZING! Again, the only reason I have put up with the poor customer service is their great products. (No better product out there.) Note: to Comcast, please update ur customers on latest upgrades. Promise you’ll have happier clients & more$$.
2:56pm, I’m doing laundry… Notice a guy walking my private property & dog going crazy. I grab my (SECURITY (hint hint) ;-)) & walkout. See a guy inside my fence at the side of my house. I said «can I help u». He introduces himself as Comcast supervisor, quality control. WHAT! In 13 yrs. that has never happened. He did a walk through & made sure everything was to my liking. And it was.
THANK U COMCAST, JUST LET’S PLEASE NOT LET IT COME TO THIS LEVEL! MY PROFESSION IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.
