Polish Nail Salon

Unprofessional and inattentive. As you walk in you are asked to sign in but then that is it. The staff doesn’t ask what you are here for and they just need you and don’t acknowledge your presence. After half an hour of seating waiting for someone to ask or even look @ the sign in sheet to see what service I wanted I decided to ask «How much longer for a threading service?» The owner says «I have another manicure and then that is it» I explained to her that I sat through her last manicure waiting and she didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting. She said «I’m the only one that does the threading, Sorry.» I understand places are busy but I believe that acknowledging the client and letting them know you will be right with them is a must. This is not the first time they have done this but I decided to give it other chances. This was probably my sixth visit here due to Laredo not having many places that offer threading. Needless to say the customer service is still awful after six visits. I will no longer return here.

Unprofessional staff, rude, and not one bit of customer service. I could not believe my experience today at this New salon. I was not greeted upon entering and totally ignored as I signed in for service. Sat there for ten minutes, while two male employees sat watching tv, again totally ignoring my presence. They then got up to go outside to smoke, so I walked up to a girl giving a manicure to ask how long would it be, and her response to me was if the two guys had helped me, which of course did not happen.
I informed her that I was leaving to find another salon. When outside, one of the smokers asked me what I wanted done and to stay, I politely refused and told them that I was going somewhere else. Unreal, who would ever go there! It’s been open about a month, so hopeful they will close soon. There are MANY good salons in Laredo, please avoid this one.

Horrible. They double charge your account! And refuse to refund your account when you clearly show them your bank statement.
