You have by far the worst customer service. I’ve been dealing with Lowe’s service advantage regarding a non-working washer that is still under manufacturer warranty and my issue has not been resolved. Every time I call, which I called more than 5 or 6 times, and I talk to a different service representative for more than 30 minutes each time, a different«possible» solution is offered/mentioned and nothing has come out of it. Meanwhile almost 3 weeks have passed and I am still stuck with an appliance that doesn’t work. I’ve purchased all my appliances with Lowes for the past 15 years and I’ve gotten the extended warranty for most of them. You apathy towards solving the customer’s issues is disgusting. I had to call GE myself to file a claim case with them about the appliance so pretty much I am doing your job! Never again will I do business with you. I will close my account with lowes and will take my business somewhere else.

Very helpful staff in the electrical department and basically all around — I was offered assistance a number of times while wondering the store(maybe I looked particular lost today… or like a shoplifter, who knows?). Store was kind enough to have enough registers with real people working to lift money from my wallet such that I didn’t have to use a self-check out machine and this really made my visit. 5-stars. I’ll be back.
