I purchased our Miele vacum about two years ago from Willett Vacuums. The man who sold me the vacum was super knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about the Mieles as as well as two others brands that I was looking into. He explained how each of the parts functioned and which ones would need to be replaced and when. Lastly, just each year, someone from Willett calls me at the beginning of December to offer a complimentary service. Small businesses rock!
Apparently they do this for all of their clients.
