Larchmont Women’s Center

This place is seriously awful. I wish I could give it zero stars. to get a refill for the pill u need to call at least 3 times, and one of the receptionists is the biggest bitch I have ever encountered in my life, she actually provoked a fight, yelled at me and then hung up on me — all because I wanted a refill for the pill and mentioned that it was the 3^rd time I called for it. This was after being on hold for about 15 min, which is normal for this place. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable, but the staff and process is an atrocity. I think we can all agree It’s not exactly fun to see a gyn. These people make me more ok to die before making another appointment. My dad was an ENT surgeon, I was always around hospitals and I know there is certainly a considerate way to manage patients. Unless u love being treated like crap do not go to this place. Horrendous.

I highly recommend Dr. Mary Rosser at Larchmont Women’s Center. She took absolutely fantastic care of me during my entire pregnancy. I wanted to hug her each time I saw her! She is kind, caring and patient, and takes time with her patients. She goes above and beyond for you. I would never go anywhere else after having such fantastic care from her. The nurses, office staff and ultrasound techs were all great as well. The practice can get busy early in the morning and the parking lot can get tight, but the level of care is worth it.
