Service was way below par, very aggressive crowd and high prices. A place for the locals to show off their testosterone.

I am giving this place a 3 because it is seriously run down and the bathroom is gross the people are somewhat questionable –but in all reality who isn’t questionable sitting in a bar knocking back a few?. However, it’s entertaining if you are a people watcher and enjoy stepping up to the mic on karaōke night. Cheers!

Are you looking for a bar fight? Then this is the place for you! Staff and atmosphere are trashy, owner seems to always be flirting inappropriately with both staff and customers. Watered down drinks and less than desirable customer base leads to an awkward night of watching your belongings

This place hilariously sums up too much of Lapeer. Trashy inside… looks like a dirty run down VFW hall or something. When I was there, it literally looked like folding tables and chairs lined up in a row. There’s a strange DJ booth set up right near the door, and just 1 long bar at the back. Come here if you want to: Black Out, fight, or to bang a trashy older Lapeer lady.

Filthy bar, constant fighting after 5pm, rough crowd. the food is not good, and the alcohol is expensive. I dont mind paying more but when theres all these other circumstances; no thanks.

Better than expected burger, the onion rings were the same. Over all the food was actually pretty good.

The lighting is really strange and the place smells like beer and piss soaked into the walls. The shuffle board is fun though. I only go here if I am already drunk. The second star is because it IS Lapeer, and at least there is someplace to go.

Fat Boy’s is a biker bar. Local watering hole. We stopped in here for lunch one day on a whim. They had standard bar food, which was fine. Good luck finding parking on the street, as that is the only option and its a busy street. They do have a few televisions, but they are off in the corner where they are difficult to see. They also have a pool table, a dart board, a pinball game, and an older GoldenTee. Drinks were about what you would expect in terms of price and consistency. Decent little dive bar. The crowd may be rougher though at other times of the day(as in, after five — we were there at noon and maybe five other people were there too). Overall, 4 stars.
