This place sucks! My brother did a year lease & they never came to fix anything. Also within 3months of lease they told him water was no longer included. But the worst were the bugs he had during the spring time. Went to report to the main office they told him dont worry the bugs are not harmful and will go away by summer time. How could u rent an apartmnt to someone tht has bug! So whoever just rented apt.1108 in building 5500 be ready for unharmful bugs during the spring time.

basketball, volleyball & tennis courts
sauna
clubhouse
billiards room
children’s outdoor play area
If you do not use above amenities, you can easily find cheaper, better value (i.e included utilities) in the area someplace else.
Don’t worry. They will raise your rent when you re-up your lease.
