Stopped in here the other day to ask a couple of questions. I walked in and was the only customer in the room. There was a young guy sitting behind the counter staring at his cell phone and it looked like he was texting with both hands. I walked up to the counter in front of him and stood there, and stood there, and stood there. I finally said «excuse me» and the kid says «what do you need?».
I ask a few questions in which he answered.
Keep in mind that during all this he was looking at his phone and running his thumbs. He never looked up at me, not once. I then asked him if he could show me something and with no response it took another 45 seconds for him to put the phone down and help me.
Very poor customer service and very rude behavior.
