Suburban Cadillac of Lansing

We found a car at another dealership that they owned and we walked in late on a Monday and asked if they could bring it up to Lansing from Detroit. They said they would check and they called me the next day and said it was there. We went and checked the car out and loved it. Gary was our sales rep and he was great to work with.

At first I was super happy with the dealership. They were great during the sales process. Worked with me until we agreed on a price. They even stayed late so I could take the car home same day. The Finance guy was super pushy with add-​ons. At one point he said you know this is the only way I make money right. Like that changes the fact I don’t want the $ 8.00 a month leather care package.
After the sale I have becom super dissapointed. I have some questions and no one is calling me back. I have left 2 voicemails now and sent 3 emails. No responce. Dissapointing because I was so pleased to begin with.

I just purchased my second car from Suburban Cadillac, and once again the customer service was outstanding. My sales associate, Larry Broughton made sure I understood every aspect of the sale. I would highly recommend Suburban Cadillac if you are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I had been looking all over the internet for this specific car. The car at Suburban Cadillac looked like the perfect fit for my needs. I called the dealership and was treated very well and all of my questions were handled quickly and professionally.
After a 5 hour drive to look at the car, I was vey happy to see the car was exactly as described and the salesman was ready and waiting for my arrival.
The negotiations, test drive and final sale and finance portion of the sale were all equally pleasant and professional.

I sold my car here. Very consistent price has been offered to me although I came two months later than previous price estimate.
I went to several different dealers and talked with them about the condition of my car. Suburban Cadillac is the best one I ever know. They offer the best price and are straight forward.

I came in for a quick oil change. My 2005 Malibu Maxx was checked for recalls and a recall was found and damaged part was found on my car. Repair was completed as I waited. I was out before noon. Great service. Thank you for returning a clean car too.

My car was towed in with a flat tire the night before Thanksgiving. I received a phone call from Service that the ticket from the tow truck driver stated that the car was turned in with a flat tire and a broken tie rod. Both repairs were taken care of on Friday, with the tow truck company paying for the tie rod. I picked up my car on Saturday. The whole incident was handled professionally and quickly.
