Santori’s Liquors

I came to buy a gift (wine) for someone who is a wine expert.
I wasn’t sure what to get that was impressive for this particular person.
The lady at the counter explained the wineries that were known for making the best Pinot Noir. She was very helpful. I will definitely go back if I have any questions about wine. very helpful and knowledgeable,

Do not buy here! I am 24 and they refused to sell me liquor! The people are too stupid to tell the difference between a real Id and a fake Id. Will never go back there, the people who work there are extremely unpleasant as well.

This is the closest liquor store to Indiana that carries Jeppson’s Malort.

My experience was in line with what adam d. described. It was very busy being a Sunday which made the parking lot a mess. Inside you could tell they definitely got hit hard during this holiday weekend. The two gentlemen I encountered inside offered to help me find products, so service was pleasant. Overall, this was a descent visit and being from Indiana I would visit again if I find myself dry on a Sunday.

The Wine club is great! I think but then again I don’t go to any wine tasting except this one because it’s close to home. They do give you a nice 10% discount when you sign up. I hoping they expand so they have more inventory on wines, beers and liquors.

what a dive!!! always packed on sundays due to being the first liquor store over the state line. decent selection of beer, wine and hard alcohol. the store is dirty and smells like mold. usually only one cashier, so plan to wait in line. the parking lot is a one way lot and always a mess. oh… and no tobacco products sold here.

Santori’s Wine Club is a hidden gem! This month’s (October) selections were German Wines. My absolute favorite. Needless to say I tried way too many and spent way too much! The customer service is great and the vendors really know a lot about their wines.

very cool store in the depths of the south burbs… curtis granderson, mmmmm CF Detroit Tigers… from Lansing… excellent beer selection… lots of micro-brews…4 types of Abita too which is outstanding…$ 6.99 for Turbo Dog… known for the amount of different wines they sell… wine tastings like every 2 months… with FREE food :-) …owners so very friendly… went with my dad a few weeks ago… he asked about a wine they didnt have. she said she would order it and dont worry about paying til it was there… ?? thats service… opens 12 on sundays…11:30 when Bears playing at noon… kinda scary clientle though when they first open haha… but lansing cops play security :-)) even thought they are in illinois… cook county taxes… STILL cheaper than Munster Liquors…
