I’m still not sure what this place is about. It was fine in the beginning but the hour long consultation with xrays and a quiz first thing on reading about Subluxation was a bit overdone. I realized they were only focusing on one thing. If you go in with a hurt hip they will only focus on the nerves in your spine. My husband and I were tricked into this doctor report meeting which we were only told it was to go over our xrays and discuss our plan after they check with our insurance companies. The doctor report meeting was first an hour long presentation given by one of the doctors in a conference room where he tries to scare a bunch of people about how doctors treat with medicine and how horrible it is for you. The kicker, we watched a live birth video too because apparently that is something we all want to see. It was a big sales pitch for their service. If a chiropractor is good, they don’t need to sell anything. We finally were able to meet with the doctor about the xrays and she focused on nothing but the spine not the actual injury we initially went in there for. Never mentioned it once and didn’t even take xrays of the area that was injured. They wanted over $ 4k for 30 visits. INSANE!!! Do not go here unless you fall for traps easily.

The receptionist was thorough and followed up with me closely on my insurance and got me in quickly. Dr Randi is awesome as well. Always feel a foot taller walking out

Should have paid attention to the last reviewer. I went in for severe migraines & bad back, after paperwork and x-rays was told they couldn’t do anything until I came back for doctors review WITHMYHUSBAND. Are you kidding me! I’ve been a single professional for many years, seen many chiropractors and never was told I needed anyone else needed to come with me. The doctor I saw indicated she needed both of us there due to the time AND financial commitment. I received a call the next day confirming that I have severe problems with my spine, however, they won’t see me until my husband and I can attend the doctors meeting– so do they want me to get better or make a financial commitment — we’ll never know since needless to say I won’t be going back!

I don’t even know where to start. This place is absolutely horrible. Their only purpose is to take as much money from you as humanly possible. They apparently know next to nothing about human anatomy and don’t really seem to care. One of my friends goes here and she recommended them to me because we both have neck pain. She warned me that the staff could be a bit pushy so I knew about that beforehand. I showed up for my appointment and the office is like a circus. There is no semblance of privacy because they adjust out in the open and apparently the exam rooms are for consultations only. I filled out all my paperwork and went to wait to see the chiropractor. I sat in the room for almost 30 minutes. He finally came in and we chatted for a few minutes. He pressed on my back and said«oh yeah, your neck is really bad.» Really? I had no idea, I’m stunned! He then tells me that we need to do Xrays. I honestly contemplated leaving at that point and I really should have. If you are a purported chiropractor and cannot adjust someone without X-raying their whole spine, you have zero business practicing. It had already been an hour at this point so I just let them do the Xrays. During the process, the chiropractor and I chatted. I am a masters educated nurse and he made a comment I perceived to be a bit rude, taking into consideration how much time and effort I have invested into my education. When finished with that, I was whisked to the front and told to follow up for the«doctor’s meeting». This happens only two times per week. At that time, they will discuss the X-rays and talk about a payment plan. Notice none of this actually revolves around how they will fix you, only about what they want from your wallet. It’s all a scare tactic. So in order to even get adjusted, I would to have to sit through that hellish two+ hours? No thank you. On top of all of that, they were discussing how I could get nutrition response testing. They put an herb on your chest and move your arm away, if your arm stays strong, then the supplement is good for you or some ridiculous thing. Apparently they try to sell hundreds of dollars worth of supplements to uneducated customers. Nutrition response testing has been researched with double blind, randomized control trials and has been found to not meet the standards of science and is considered an unreliable tool. Jennifer, their«doctorate of naturopathy» never actually lists what university she got this degree from, even on her personal website. The whole place is a well oiled money machine, full of smoke and mirrors. Buyer beware.
