This review is past due from getting a quote on a flooded basement two winters ago.
Lens quoted astronomically more than the two other companies we had come out to inspect and give us an estimate on repairing our sub-​pump, drying out the basement, eliminating mold/​mildew, etc… We’re talking thousands more! When they followed up with us and we let them know the price we ended up going with, the gentleman said he had absolutely no idea how a company could undercut his price so significantly. Since we received excellent prompt service and had no problems with the company who serviced us, I know it was not due to cheap repair or shotty clean up. I would suggest shopping elsewhere for basement flooding or water proofing needs — you will save a ton of money.
