I give my praises to this wonderful company. They have bent over backwards for us. We purchased a mattress from them a few years ago which was replaced with the same style mattress once because we didnt like how it was holding up. Well after receiving the second one it still was not holding up to our satisfaction. I got ahold of them to let them know about my dissapointment and Julie worked to get me a better mattress to replace the one I tried twice. We have also purchased a washer and dryer from them and have no complaints. They are a top notch company that really cares about their customers. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Whatever you do, do not buy a washing machine from these crooks. They take out a standard metal part and replace it with plastic. They’ll tell you to your face that they do it, it’s no secret. They insist that it prevents the machine from burning out the motor, but what it really does is just strip out every 3 months. I bought my machine from them in April. Same exact washer I’d owned for 15 years before without a single issue. I had to replace it because our last landlord never fixed the flooding issues in the basement and the frame on the bottom rusted out, user damage, not manufacturing. Anyway, they told me not to overload it, it would strip the plastic part. Okaaaay… Two months in, it wouldn’t spin anymore. «Well, gosh lady, you must have overloaded it.» Riiiight. A $ 60 house call later and I’m washing again but I am extra careful never to load it too full and I start taking any heavy items; comforters, heavy blankets, etc. to the laundromat, so I’m out a load of quarters too. Three months later — same thing — the washer won’t spin. I tell the guy, I don’t over load it. He says, «Well, ya’ know, you can’t be too careful. If you run small loads it can work it too hard…» Really? WTF?! So another $ 60 house call(although I think I talked them down on this one, I was pretty unhappy). Washer’s up again and I duct tape the cycle level switch so no one can run anything but a monster load, even if they only want to wash socks. That’s what the guy said to do. Two months later and the stupid part strips out AGAIN! only now I’m «out of warranty»(6 months) so they won’t even come out and fix it, I need to take it to them. I had them haul it off and bought a new washer that I adore. Don’t trust these guys when it comes to washers, they’re clueless!
