The food is mediocre and over priced. Orders don’t come out correctly. Wings are a joke, just don’t order them and save yourself a wtf moment. But nobody really cares about the food, people come here for the girls. don’t bother because you’ll be disappointed with that too. Just avoid this place and take your money elsewhere

On a top secret CIA mission today and stopped in here with a friend.
I always like the wings and breasts, but today I dispensed with the former and went for the Buffalo shrimp. Our server, Amber, who was incognito with a name tag that said Amy, suggested the Daytona Beach sauce. She was right on! Tangy with just a little kick. Good!
Amy was a good guide and provided good service.
Lots of parking outside of a typically decorated Hooters.
I’ll be back for more!

We had such a good experience. Our waitress, Rachel was Amazing. She was very attentive and great to our two kids. Emily, another waitress there kept our oldest entertained and was very nice.

Absolutely the worst Three Mile Island wings I’ve ever had, & I’ve eaten at Hooter’s in 14 states. Add that the Buffalo Shrimp were the size of popcorn shrimp with equally as poor taste as the wings, this is a horrible representation of the Hooter’s chain. Unless you enjoy straight Cayenne Pepper slathered all over your wings, do yourself a favor & pass this franchise up for any other place in the area. Even though your choices are very few & far between in Lansing, KFC would be a better choice…

Update: While I did not receive a satisfactory response to my issues from the store manager, I did receive a phone call from regional head of PR who was very conciliatory and genuinely concerned about the service we’d received and the way that their brand is perceived. We will try them in the store to see whether it truly was an isolated situation. Stay tuned.

Overrated. Food sucks, service is mediocre at best, especially considering that it’s overpriced for what you get. Basically you’re paying for the scenery!
If you feel that you must go, get the burger… it’s your best bet and the most decently priced item on the menu. If you are coming for the wings, you might want to rethink your decision… there are many better places out there!

I’ve eaten at a lot of Hooters restaurants but the wings here are the worst ever!
So why 5 stars? The waitresses here are far hotter than any other Hooters. The least hot was a strong «8», better than the best at most Hooters I’ve been to. The fried pickles were good. The waitresses were attentive to my needs … well, not ALL my needs, but the restaurant is Hooters, not Hookers.

the scenery is a mix of working college women, so thank MSU for that.

Service was sweet, very helpful. (I didn’t encounter any kind of stuck up behavior.) Very surprised to see families with small children.
Beer and wing specials! And they have other special nights, i.e., Trivia, etc
Just know, servers/​management will cut you off quick, if you start to act even a little drunken.
