The sales people are great and made my first car purchase a piece of cake. The guys in service are really nice, but the young lady who answers the service phone line is very unpleasant and speaks to you as if you’re a huge bother/idiot. One thing that’s crappy is that my car recently had four recalls, but Bud Kouts never notified me by mail or phone. I only found out after researching my cars problems and refusing to pay a 100 diagnosis fee on a brand new car. I found it frustrating how when I called to explain what was happening with my car the service didn’t have a clue what it could be. Then when I called back to say it was under a huge recall they were like«oh, yes, of course.» Not very on top of things… Oh, and when I had my oil changed they fixed 3 of the recalls but didn’t let me know… and that was before I even knew there were recalls. Weird.
