Rudest customer service experience I have ever had. Hopefully it is only this store and limited to a single person. My adult children and girlfriend regularly shop at Express, except for today; my girlfriend and I ended up walking out after the young lady at the cash register was unbelievably rude. We will NOT ever return to this store.

Just a word of warning about their return policy. 90 days is the maximum even if the clothing is in its original package with the store receipt. Would’ve been satisfied with an exchange or gift card in place of credit but once you’re past the 90 days, you’re out of luck. Personnel were OK but couldn’t offer any options or recourse and they seemed confused, too, on my options. At the end of it, they decided that I didn’t have any options. I’d rather shop where if I need to return merchandise I have flexibility. I liked this store better when they had more experienced help that seemed more skilled in customer service. They just lost this customer!

My husband has really became a fan of Express over the past couple of years because their clothes fit his slim fram. He’s very tall as well and had trouble with dress shirts and their sleeve length. At Express, the large, extra slim fits waist and arms perfectly. He bought a navy blue suit, shirt and tie here last week. Gorgeous and fits like it was tailored to him. I don’t know about the women that work there but the men did help us out a lot.

Express is a store I either love or hate depending on the colors and clothes they are featuring. Sometimes it’s too trendy or just plain not my style but overall they have great clothes. This location is a good one because its in a giant outdoor mall. It’s near restaurants and other clothing stores so people can make may stops in one place. This Express is a pretty large one and I never felt crammed or overwhelmed by the layout. The staff is helpful and will tend to point you to stuff you don’t need but they do help you find what you asked for.

This Express also houses their Mens line of clothing. Personally, I like they way they tailor their dress shirts for men. The shirts are slim around the waist so you don’t have that«I’m wearing this dress shirt to hide the fact that I have a gut look.» Being a person who actually cares about his body, and works out to keep it in line, finding shirts that actually fit is some times alot of trouble. On the flip side they have some kind of strech material in them which makes them prone to wrinkle. Note: Don’t dry these badies on high or you might end up with a wrinkled up rag instead of a shirt.

Home of the Original Ponte Booty Pant!(a la black pants and a different shirt… ultimate party outfit!) Ponte Pants changed a girl’s life. You could go from the office(ponte and a nice sweater, heels) to a baseball game(ponte and a long sleeve t-shirt, adidas) to the club(ponte and a halter top, boots) in those pants. Relationships were built upon ponte(on some Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants type stuff). Hooking up with the hottie across the room at the end of the night could be attributed to PONTE. Your mom even thought you looked great in ponte. If there was a problem, ponte could solve it. No booty? cottage cheese thighs? flabby gut? big hips? short legs? Ponte was made for YOU. Hence my many colours, lengths, and weights of ponte pants(and skirts) while Express was in its heyday. I was a SLAVE to Express. Preferrred Gold Card member. On any given day I had on at least one item from their repertoire. Then the tragedy… The quality of the goods went downhill. The fashion became outlandishly repulsive. They stopped issuing ponte(I still wear mine faithfully to this day). Now it’s just an overpriced Limited with ugly clothes and three locations.
