Great service! Came here for pedi and mani after shoveling ourselves out of the snow. They were open and very good!

I’ve only been into this salon twice, both times to get my eyebrows waxed. I tried it out because I just moved really close to the salon. First time, I didn’t have to wait that long, but the Linh waxed my brows way too thin. Second time I went in, I had to wait for awhile. When I finally got back there, the girl who did my brows (unsure of her name) asked me if I wanted my upper lip waxed too. This is a pet peeve of mine, and almost a little offensive, don’t you think? If I wanted my lip done I would’ve asked for it, I have blonde hair, so only someone right up on top of me (like she was, as she was waxing my brows) could see any hair on my upper lip. I declined, then she looked at my feet. Then she asked if I wanted a pedicure (because my toe nails weren’t painted at the time). I declined. She showed me my brows and they looked FANTASTIC! As we were walking out, she asked if I wanted a manicure. lol. It was almost funny at that point. But, the reason I came in there was my eyebrows and they turned out great. Staff is a little on the rude side, but if you can get passed that, I recommend them for a good eyebrow wax!

Sitting here getting a pedicure as I type. The lady doing my nails seems nice enough, but she is so focused on speaking to the other technician next to her, chatting with that tech’s client and checking out the nail job the other tech is doing, that she is doing a terrible job on my feet. So far she has cut me twice, haphazardly pumiced my feet (so I’m sure I’ll have to redo them when I get home) and the massage was lackluster. She also keeps getting up to assist other techs with random things. So unprofessional. Not relaxing. Total waste of money and this is taking forever. Never again!

This was my first time here and I plan to return! It is a Nice and Clean Salon! The woman did a great job on my toes! She was very thorough and it was a nice and relaxing experience! The massage chairs are amazing! I plan to return soon!

New ownership — and everything is great! They have 4 lines of gel nail polish, which means a huge selection Ask for Ivy — she is the best!

Cathy at Landsdowne nails did an amazing job on my pink and white nails. I moved here 6 months ago and have tried at least 15 salons. She is a pro! Perfect job and I am extremely picky! So thrilled with this place.

Suuuuuuuer upset with a service for me and my mother. This is my 1^st post but I’m new in town so I hope management sees this soon. Gotta a bunch of friends who say we should do a nail day based on the location and I’d hate to ok it

Would not recommend. The nail tech couldn’t even do a french gel manicure. She ended up having to completely take it off and do a solid color. It really seems like they let anyone work in there.

This place is nice enough but don’t expect your «appointment» to be an actual appointment. Expect to wait 30 minutes or longer for your appointment time …

Yikes $ 60 for a pedicure! I’m tried of local businesses thinking they can take advantage of people because of the location. I’m a mom who likes to have her nails done once every few months with her young daughter. I will try some of the other nail salons in the area.

People they are very nice but very expensive for the spa manicure/​pedicure.

This place is not a salon I recommend. I’ve been here multiple times, hoping that I caught a technition on an off day but that never seemed to be the case. Yes, the salon is clean but that is about all I will give them. They are way too overpriced for the service they offer. I have had my nails messed up and they wanted to charge me extra! I refused! They don’t care what your nails turn out like and they don’t care if you are happy or not. Do not recommend! You can find a much better nail salon up the street called Katie’s nail spa. Reasonable pricing and they are delightful over there. Do not waste your money!

My first Unilocal review… I felt that I had to write about my experience. First of all, prices are high, but I still went in and got what I wanted because I was in the area. The girl that did my manicure rushed through it (it was not busy and it was not close to closing time) and I didn’t get a hand massage. Any other place around town will rub your hands with lotion for a few minutes. So I’m paying more AND it’s the most awful manicure I’ve ever recieved. She cut my cuticles so fast that 2 of them bled. Lastly, I wasn’t able to put a tip on the card… not that I was going to give much, but it was just another inconvenience. I will never go to this place again!

Beautiful place — horrible horrible horrible nails… and expensive

It’s a beautiful place and the staff is very nice and friendly. Nancy is great! I love her work. I see reviews talking about employees leaving (which no one is sure of why) or the salon being empty (even the best nail salons get slow at times) but I don’t think that’s really the point of these reviews. The service is what’s truly important not the politics. And the service has been nothing less than amazing and what I’ve been happy with for years.

Wow this place is pretty awful. Gets 2 stars instead of 1 mostly because it is at least clean.
My friend and I went to get manicures and both of our estheticians were awful. Both seemed to be in a huge rush (the place was prett empty). I got a French manicure-​sadly, the lines were crooked and the top coat wasn’t applied evenly. My friend somehow had her pinky smudged by the employee and had to be redone. No one seemed to care about what they were doing, rushing thro the treatments. No hand massage with the lotion, and I had still had hangnails walking out the door. Will not be returning here ever, would much rather paint my own nails.

Great service! I walked right in and they sat me and did a fantatic job. Going back today for refills!
