Dan’s Corner Tavern

So an update is due because I’ve learned a new fact or two about Dan’s.
My league still shoots here, and the info in the old review about the tables and the upstairs is still valid.
New facts:
–they have food sometimes. In fact, on Sundays they often have hot sausage sandwiches and they are cheap and good!
–buckets of almost all domestic bottles are $ 12 (for 5 bottles)
–they have ironically (?) titled «Sophisticated Saturdays» now where they apparently move the upstairs tables and throw up a stripper pole. Having not yet attended (and having no plans to do so in the future) i can’t tell you whether there are professional dancers or it’s just open for all comers, but yes: Sophisticated. (ha ha)
The Italian Kitchen still delivers and has the best pizza around, and the Lansdowne deli is still down the street with the cheapest and best hoagies outside of Major Wing Lee’s in East Falls.
