Coach Outlet Store

Coach Outlet always has good deals. I don’t feel like purchasing them at their original price any more.
If you are a military or a member of military family, you should go to the information center and receive a coupon first and purchase next:)

I asked a question (where the cell phone cases were) and the lady at the front just pointed me in the direction. They were not where she said they were. It would have been helpful for her to walk us there just like many other stores do.

This Coach outlet store is massive, and when fully stocked they have everything you could ever want. The offer wallets, bags, clothes, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, winter accessories, etc. However, they are massively popular and will sell out of items. Today when I walked in Anya greeted me with a 50% off coupon, to me, this says they are trying to clear inventory, and I shouldn’t expect more than 2 – 3 colors on certain styles of bags. But you know what? Half off already reduced merchandise is pretty exciting, even if it means less of a selection.
Overall it’s a good store and you can definitely find a bargain here. The staff is always friendly and they don’t mind calling other outlet stores if they are out of a specific item. B+

The store has good selection. I have been to the stores many times. Like all the other Coach Factory Stores, the prices here are really good. They always have good selections at the clearance section. They seem to have extra discounts on the clearance items every other time I was there. I have gotten wallets with 70% discount. That’s unusual. But I generally would expect to pay 50% or less on the retail prices.
The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I have returned items I purchased from their website at this store and at the Potomac Mills store. The staff here handled the returns without any issues or questions. Not the same story at the Potomac Mills store.
One time, I wanted to get a wallet as a gift but the price tag looked really old. When I mentioned this to the cashier. She made a new one for me right away. They always checked to see if I needed additional bags and tissue paper.

I’ve gone to Coach stores all over the area before and this one has to go down as one of the worst I’ve encountered. Horrible customer service and lack of inventory make for, at best, a mediocre shopping experience. Their online fulfillment system is a joke and whatever you do… do not order an out of stock item via a different store for them to fulfill. I went to the store twice to order a wallet and both times they promised the wallet would be delivered within 2 – 3 days. Both times they realized the wallet was out of stock at all nearby stores and rather than call to let me know or refund the order, I had to call them back and ask what the situation was. Rather than be upfront about it, I had to jump through unnecessary hoops and hurdles and i’m still left with an empty back pocket with no wallet.

This Coach outlet has been great for me over the years. I usually come to get a Christmas gift for my wife.
Every time I have visited they have someone at the front handing out coupons. This tactic is very effective because you’re saving money within seconds of entering the store and saving money on Coach is ALWAYS a good thing.
The selection is plentiful and I have never walked out empty handed. In fact, there is so much that sometimes I have trouble making a choice. This is a good problem in my opinion.
The staff is always very helpful and I have never had any issues with them. They regularly ask if you need help and on several occasions they have gone above and beyond to cater to my needs.
Whenever I go here the end result is a smile on my wife’s face on Christmas morning. That is what will keep coming back time and time again.

Yes! We walked in and were immediately handed a coupon for 30% off, with 20% more off on top of that (it sounds like these coupons get handed out almost every day — call ahead to confirm). We walked in at 10:10AM on a Saturday (the store opens at 10AM), and there were already 20 other people in the store. I can’t imagine what it’d be like in the afternoon. Actually, I’d think you should always get there right when the store opens, because all the good sale items are going to be gone by 10:30AM.
I also enjoyed that I got personalized attention from the employees since I was there relatively early. They asked what I wanted, I told them, and they showed me where to find everything. When I said I didn’t like the Coach tag on one of the bags, an employee went to find another one in the back room. When I asked for advice, an employee told me which purse was the most popular and which looked the nicest.
And with that nice coupon, I was able to get a wristlet that retails at $ 58 for only $ 28 (excluding 6% tax). So while it’s a long haul to the Leesburg Outlets, it’s definitely worth the drive.
