If you are looking for square footage on the budget in your apartment hunt, this place is it.
But,
If you are looking for peace and quite, this is not it.
If you are looking for an apartment free of insect infestation, this is not it.
If you are looking for prompt maintenance service, this is not it. (the maintenance guy is super nice, personally, though)
If you are looking for a nice kitchen, this is not it.
If you are looking for a nice bathroom, this is not it.
If you are looking for appliances that don’t break down throughout your stay, this is not it.
If you recycle, this is not it.
In the two years I’ve lived in the complex, I’ve had 6 different neighbors in the 3 adjacent units. One of them sat empty for over a yr.
This is an ok place to live, if you are on a budget. But, then again, the utility bills are quite hefty.
The laundry and storage facility in the basement is so filthy, i’ve never gone back after the initial visit, when I moved in.
Don’t sign a lease without looking at the apartment you will be living in. We were shown one apt and given another. BIG MISTAKE.
