I called to get a key made for my Ford F150. I knew it was going to cost a lot since it was a chip key. I called to get a price. Parts told me the key was only $ 27 and then transferred me to service for labor to program and they told me $ 55. I drove there and had the key cut and programed and was presented a bill for $ 138. I questioned it and was told that was the price and nothing they could do. That’s just bad communication and bad service not standing behind their lack of knowledge of their prices. I will never go back again and I can’t trust them.

Consistently horrible service department. I made an appointment LASTTUESDAY for my Explorer and they tell me they didn’t get a chance to look at it. Why am I mad when this is par for the course with these guys. Doesn’t the owner realize that the performance of the service department, directly relates to sales up front. Why would I ever buy another Ford when this is what I can expect service wise down the road? If i set an appointment with JL Freed for my Accord, it’s looked at the day of the appointment. Seriously, this is just embarrassing.

I definitely would recommend this dealership for anyone in the area. They really treat you with respect and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. If you just need an oil change that’s what you get, without having to worry are they going to sell me everything under the sun. For a dealership to be around for 91 yrs. They must be doing something right.
