Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Always rented my car here. Very courteous and friendly people. Whenever there’s an issue the managers always reached out and resolve it promptly. And it’s always nice to get the free membership; you can earn rewards and select your rentals.

Always friendly service. In & out very quickly. Never a problem with the rental or charges. This is the place to rent a car in Lansdale.

I choose Enterprise because they had the lowest price and an unlimited mileage package. I needed a vehicle to go out of state with 5 other people. I called the local Lansdale office and spoke to Dan. Dan patiently went through the options and made good suggestions. I was originally looking at a SUV but Dan explained the mini-​van options which turned out to be the better choice. It was more comfortable, got better gas mileage and had more room. By going with the mini-​van, I probably saved $ 150-​$ 200 total on the rental. A few days before I was too pick up the vehicle, I called and requested to have it a few hours early, no problem. When I walked in to the store, I was surprised by how busy they were. This guy came up to me like an old friend and shook my hand, it was Dan, as it turned out, he is the store manager. Dan jumped on a terminal and got me going. As I was being processed, there were four or five Enterprise employees in and out. There was definitely a positive vibe among them all and I’m sure it’s because of Dan’s attitude. The mini-​van worked out perfectly. Someone from Enterprise called me the next day to make sure everything was going ok with the rental. When I returned the vehicle, I experienced the same great attitude from the workforce (Dan included). Best of all, my final bill was exactly what I expected, no hidden fees or unexpected charges. It was great that Enterprise had the lowest price but the way I was treated was unexpected and greatly appreciated!

This morning, I called to reserve a rental car for this evening. Being that I am only 22, my grandmother offered to pay the deposit and for the rental via her credit card over the phone or online. I was spoken to very curtly and told that is not feasible and was quickly rushed off the phone. My dear grandmother called to get a better understanding of why she couldn’t pay given she isn’t mobile and was hung up on. Poorest level of customer service. So disappointed. Will not be using their services.

The rental car was fine. Our issue was with the employee. When we called about a billing adjustment, the employee was not pleasant. He actually hung up before we were finished taking, and I never received a corrected receipt.

It was a Sunday afternoon when I received word that my car would be in the shop for a few more days. I called around to a few car rental agencies and no one was open. I reached out to enterprise 10 minutes before they closed and they graciously waited for me to arrive. I was treated with a bottle of water and a smiling face and most importantly a fast contract signing. I was in my rental car within minutes of arriving. I would highly recommend this great service to everyone.

Such poor customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing as was told to wait outside, on a cold rainy night for my ride to show up. They refused to do a walk around inspection with my, and told me to drop my keys in the overnight bin. I realized I had left my sunglasses in the car, and when I called the next morning, moments after they opened, they tell me they were not in the car. A month after returning the car, a charge shows up on my credit card, and when I called to ask, they could not explain why. My experiences with other rental companies was much better in the past, and I will be sure to not rent with them again.

These guys were very helpful with setting up a reservation for my rental car. They gave me several different options and we’re very easy to use. They also went I’ve r the car and the agreement with me to make sure everything was good to go. Will definitely be back when I need a rental again.
