Domino’s Pizza

Pizza was a rip off and disguesting, I had to throw it out. Employees talking about «fingering» customers food. Will not be returning.

The owner of the location and I spoke about the situation and he was very apologetic. He issued a store credit for us for $ 25, and sent us a refund for the order. When we went to use the credit we only needed $ 15 in pizzas, so we were told we had a balance of $ 10. When we went to use it later for another order we were very rudely told that it was a one time credit and we were not entitled to the balance. The young girl on the phone said that we should have used it all on the first order. The experience just showed that the owner may have good intentions but his crew is severely lacking in customer service skills. Since they are his direct representatives, I have a feeling he is going to have many more complaints. I guess it’s what happens when you have high school kids as the ones in charge. So sad that they don’t understand that they need me more, as a customer, than I need them as a supplier. We will be taking our business elsewhere, so will all our family.
I would have much rather removed the review, but feel that they still did not live up to even a small amount of customer service. what a shame.
If you have a problem with the staff or your order do not expect any help from the employees at this location.

This place always messes up orders. Got my street address wrong the two times I ordered from here, when ordering on the phone. The first time I let it go, it was an honest mistake on my part I thought. But when it happened again I was done. Got cold pizzas both times.

Dominos gluten free pizza is great! We Oder online for delivery and just load up the toppings. Great gluten free crust!

For the first time ever I had the Domino’s version of the Philly cheese steak. And it was delicious! Mmm… It included mushrooms, pepper slices, onions and the bread was toasted. I am now a fan of this sandwich.
I can also add that the young fellow who took my order at this location was enormously polite. Way more polite than is typical. Like… 5 star, 5 diamond polite. That was a nice touch.
Hey, if you plan to eat your food in the store, it probably won’t be very comfortable.(No tables). This is a take out and delivery operation only.
